If the payment shows as sent but you have not received a wifi4d credit, contact our support team with your transaction ID. If a withdrawal does not arrive in your destination account, we will investigate with your bank or payment provider. Withdrawals are subject to verification windows of up to five business days. wifi4d does not charge deposit fees. When you transfer money from e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or your bank to wifi4d, you pay no fee to us. Your payment provider may charge a fee—check their app for details. wifi4d also does not charge withdrawal fees. When you request a payout to your verified payment method, we deduct no fee from your balance. Your bank or payment provider may charge a fee to receive the funds—this is their cost, not ours. All fees are transparent and disclosed by your payment provider before you confirm any transaction.
