During gameplay, we collect information about your bets, game sessions, and account balance changes. We also collect technical data: your IP address, device type, browser information, and approximate location (derived from IP). This helps us operate the platform and detect suspicious activity.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain transaction records and KYC documents for a minimum of five years for legal and regulatory compliance (particularly for anti-money-laundering and tax purposes). After this period, we delete or anonymise the data so it cannot be linked to your identity.

If you request account closure and data deletion, we will anonymise personally identifiable information (name, contact details) but retain transactional records for the mandatory retention period. This is necessary to prevent fraud, respond to disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Security measures we employ
